Our Vision
Our vision is to be a leader in diversity and inclusion by encouraging a collaborative atmosphere focused on innovation and creativity. We understand that a dynamic community is the product of distinct perspectives, life experiences and talents and we are committed to promoting an engaging culture that invites participation.
Our Initiatives
- Mentorship program led by Tommy Camp, President & CEO, in partnership with Johnson C. Smith University.
- Home Buying Seminars, open to the public, alongside our in-house lender, Prosperity Home Mortgage’s Lending Program.
- In-House offering of the National Association of REALTORS® At Home with DiversityTM certification course led by our Director of Education and Training, Lici Fansler.
- 100% of our sales associates and staff have reaffirmed their commitment to fair housing by signing the REALTOR® Fair Housing Pledge.
Our Strategic Objectives
